Open Workspace tools → Templates, or choose Use a template while creating a workbook. Search by purpose and inspect the sheets, fields, options, relationships, views, rules, helpers, and output layouts. Preview records explain the structure; ordinary library installation creates empty working sheets.

Install or tailor#

  • Review the complete preview and rename sheets when useful.
  • Create workbook installs the displayed structure without an AI provider. Tailor with AI can clarify requirements and propose a replacement draft.
  • Review and apply the final plan. Browsing, clarification, and failed provider calls do not install it.
  • Check the first sheet, then add records. Included rules start enabled; helpers start paused in review mode.

Library templates include rules, so installation requires an owner or admin. If the workspace changes during review, refresh the draft against the current revision. The install is atomic; an invalid connection should not leave half a workbook behind.

Save your own system#

Owners and admins can choose Save as template on a workbook and find it under Your templates. It preserves structure, views, relationships, rules, paused helpers, dashboards, reports, and document layouts. It excludes records, public form sharing capabilities, and inherited notification recipients. Installation can reuse compatible sheets after you inspect their field mappings; existing records stay in their original sheets.
