1. Get a device-testing link
During early access, your workspace operator supplies a private testing link. Open it in Safari while your device and the host computer are on the same trusted Wi-Fi. The computer and app server must stay awake and running. This public website is the product and documentation site; it does not host your workspace.
2. Sign in to the same account
Use the account associated with your workspace. Browser tabs and Home Screen apps can use separate sessions, so you may need to sign in again after adding the app. The marketing demo is sample data and is separate from your workspace.
3. Add Ralti to the Home Screen
In Safari, open Share, choose Add to Home Screen, enable Open as Web App if it appears, then tap Add. Use the app's /install page for a shareable workspace link and device instructions.
4. The same workspace in the installed app
The installed iPhone and iPad app opens the actual responsive website, with the same workspace screens and tools. It adds system sign-in, file sharing, printing, and voice integration. Controls adapt for touch; the app follows the same account permissions and server configuration. Installation needs an appropriately signed Apple build; a website link alone does not install it.
Stay connected
The app requires access to its server. Offline write queues, push notifications, and background native synchronization are not included. If a connection fails, reconnect and verify the latest saved record before continuing.
